Copy a setup prompt or connect Codex or Claude Code from Settings → Agents. Choose transcript and Activity access separately. Local MCP tools return read-only context with source references.

Review storage use, set retention, and pin Activity summaries you want to keep. Preview cleanup before moving eligible files to Trash. Keep notes in Verbiage or export Markdown.

Chat collection, Activity capture, and agent access are separate opt-ins. Activity captures selected foreground windows; private browsing windows are included when their browser is selected.
Activity summaries need available on-device Apple Intelligence. There is no cloud model fallback. Raw screen text stays outside agent search; your agent provider can process the text you let it retrieve.
Meeting transcription runs on-device. By default, audio is deleted after transcription and the first successful export.
Optional iCloud sync carries speaker profiles only. Your folder-sync service controls any exported copies.
macOS 26 or later. Activity summarization also requires an Apple Intelligence-capable Mac with the model available. Agent setup connects clients on this Mac; there is no hosted MCP endpoint.
